What is Jobs-to-be-done Framework?

The Jobs-to-be-done Framework is a product development approach that focuses on the needs and motivations of customers. Another example is the development of the Swiffer by Procter & Gamble. P&G understood that customers were trying to accomplish the job of cleaning floors quickly and easily, and they designed the Swiffer to help customers do that job better.
